Mandatory Requirement: All Bidders and MMRDA users are required to have Digital Signatures having Signing and Encryption Certificate both.
The Bidder has to ensure that both the stages i.e. Bid Preparation and Hash Submission and Online Control Transfer of Bid are duly completed within the allotted time frame as defined in Tender Schedule to ensure that the Bid Data will be available to the Competent Authority at time of opening of the Tender
EMD Payment has to be made through RTGS / NEFT mode using the System Generated Challan. Bidders should ensure that the payment of the EMD is ATLEAST made 5 working days prior to the last date of Bid Preparation and Hash Submission of the Tender Schedule to have seamless submission.
